Comic Eric Omondi espouses what comedy should be about- making even those who do not have a single funny bone in them guffaw
It would be foolhardy to begrudge Eric Omondi’s talent in Comedy, that is if he is not fingering teenagers and common tarts on live camera in the name of Wife Material Show
Aside from his backhand attempts at being the African version of America’s reality show ‘The Bachelor,’ Eric is a who genius continues to use the 40th rule in the 48 laws of Power- Court attention at all costs
He is often in the headlines, for either good or bad reasons depending on whether you are reading it as 6 or 9. The last time was his legal run-ins with the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) who got him arrested for ostensibly violating the provisions of the Films and Stage Plays Act Cap 222 of the Laws of Kenya.

Dubbed ‘story ya ma ex’ the president of comedy takes us from back to his primary school days in Kondele, to Kisumu boys through to when he became a big shot on Churchill show.

He alleges to have had affairs with the likes of; Sophia Wanuna, Avril, Vera Sidika, Huddah Monroe, Shantelle, and Jackie Maribe whom he sired a son with.
As much as most of the girls mentioned might be a bluff, Eric Omindi did have a thing with former Citizen TV’s Jackie Maribe and her friends have often intimated that when he dumped her following the pregnancy, she changed.
“He bailed out on her and this profoundly affected her,” said another friend who was close to the two at the time.
The friend disclosed that the comedian has been footing child support bills since the baby was born in May 2014.
Then came the Italian bae Chantal Grazioli who ditched the comedian after dating for four and a half years.
According to Chantal, the breakup was as a result of discussions they held together from the month of April where they resolved to amicably part ways.
Chantal posted on Instagram that the relationship has been challenging for her considering that her family resides in her native country, Italy.
“Hello guys, I hope this finds you well I have been silent for a while…Eric and I have had long discussions for the past one month. As you all know my family lives in Italy and it’s been really challenging for both of us,” wrote Chantal.
She added that even though their romantic chapter was closed, they remain friends. Chantal noted that to her, it was not goodbye but more of a “see you later.”
“I love Eric and I will always love him and we are okay; we created the best of moments together, we shared our dreams and visions but most importantly we shared our lives. And I will always cherish every single moment.
